Our sensors are designed to work on water, and large magnetic or metallic object may interfere with the calibration process. Make sure you turn the sensor 360 degrees in all directions, if this does not work, turn the app and sensors off and on again.

1 LED on – sensor is starting

1 LED flashing – sensor is on

2 LED’s flashing one by one – battery is charging @50%

3 LED’s flashing one by one – battery is charging @75%

3 LED’s on – battery is fully charged

3 LED’s flashing – battery is depleted

Press and hold the sensor button for 30 seconds, it will reset.

1 LED pulse on/off – sensor is on

3 LEDs pulse on/off – sensor low battery

Short press the sensor button for battery level indication – LEDs will light up one by one. 3 LEDs = full battery, 2 LEDs = battery at 2/3 capacity, 1 LED = battery at 1/3 capacity.

When Charging the sensors: 1 LED pulse = battery low, 1+2 LED pulsing = battery is 2/3 charged, 1+2+3 LEDs pulsing = battery is full.

Our sensors communicate with the smartphone via Bluetooth Smart.

1.Turn the Bluetooth setting on your phone off and on again.
2.Close the app and launch it again. Turn off and on both of your sensors.
3.If the problem consists, long press the sensors button for more than 30 seconds to reset them.
4.If there is still no change, contact our technical supports at contact us

Make sure to slide the sensor onto the provided charger leading with the black band side. The sensor should slide all the way in with no gap left.

The LED’s will light up one by one, “counting” the level of charge.

The Motionize SUPerior app supports most Bluetooth-based heart-rate monitor straps. Connect them to the app via the “pair devices” screen.

Failure to register is usually the result of no internet connection. Make sure your phone has a WiFi connection and/or that the phone’s cellular data plan is active.

To connect your sensor, you must first enable Bluetooth in your phone settings. Next, verify that the paddle sensor is active. Once the sensor is recognized by your phone, you can connect it via the “pair devices” drawer in the top right corner of the app.

The Motionize SUPerior App requires IOS version 8 and up, and Android version 5 and up.

While in an active session, the phone screen will be locked automatically to avoid this “wet fingers syndrome”.

You can switch between screens, start, pause or end a session using the paddle sensor’s power button.
